Welcome to the Grant Ragan FUN RUN website 

We are so excited for another awesome event! 

 

WHO: ALL STUDENTS!  

WHAT: Participate in a 1-mile Fun Run!  

Starting with a warmup and finishing with a DANCE PARTY!!  

WHERE: Outside at Grant Ragan Elementary School  

WHEN: Friday October 6, 2023 - During regular school hours 

WHY: ALL money will go back to our school!   

HOW: All donations this year will be electronic. Donations can be submitted through FundMonkey or Venmo (@GrantRaganPTO). Please visit https://www.facebook.com/grantraganpto for all the details.  

We will compile the donations on Friday September 22^nd, September 29^th, and October 6^th. Prizes will then be distributed the following week. Students will be collecting donations from family + friends to sponsor their participation in our event. Watch your email or look on your donation flyer for a donation code to help your student collect donations online!   

Company Match: Many companies will match your donation so please ask your employer about this opportunity. Some of the previous matching employers include Wells Fargo, MidAmerican, and Principal. If participating, please email the company match paperwork to grantraganpto@gmail.com. Be sure to add "Grant Ragan PTO Fun Run" in the comments or special designation section on the company matching page!   

The goal for each student is $50 - or finding 5 people to donate $10 each!

School Goals:  

When the school raises the total amount listed the whole school will receive the prize listed next to the amount  

·        $5,000 - An extra 30 minutes of RECESS + a Grant Ragan temporary tattoo!  

·        $10,000 - Will get to silly string Mr. Robie and Mr. Owens (+above)* 

·        $15,000 - You will get to see the office staff get a whipped cream pie to the face! (+above)* 

*Participation in the event will be through the grand prize drawing
